    Don’t steam with essential oils. They are way too strong! 
    Don’t steam with an IUD 

    Do not steam during pregnancy or if you may be pregnant
    Do not steam during your period or anytime you see fresh, red blood.If you bleed heavily with your period, steam only in the few days after it ends.
    Don’t steam with an active pelvic infection or outbreak. The heat will aggravate it.
    Don’t steam if you have a fever. 
    Do not steam after insemination when trying to conceive.

    Do not steam if you are prone to spontaneous bleeding.

    Do not steam during a hot flash.
