Our cold-pressed juices are made to provide you with the freshest, most vibrant flavors possible. To maintain their optimal taste and nutritional value, please note the following shelf life guidelines:

Directions:

• Shake the juice bottle well before consuming.
• Start your day with a serving of the selected juice.
• For BEST results, drink as a fast or combine with a diet of ONLY fruits and vegetables.
• Repeat daily as part of your cleansing routine.

Refrigerated Shelf Life: Consume within 3-5 days when stored in the refrigerator. Ensure the juice bottles are tightly sealed to prevent air exposure and maintain their quality.

Freezer Shelf Life: Freeze for up to 6 months, thaw and check for freshness after.

As soon as you receive your juices, store them in the refrigerator to maintain freshness or freeze until ready to drink.

For the best taste and nutrition, we recommend consuming the juice within the recommended shelf life.

Wellness Shots (Flu Kick, Sinus Buster, and Toxin Ninja): Enjoy within 1-2 weeks when stored in the refrigerator. These shots are potent and can be taken as needed throughout your juice fast.

Sample Daily Routine:

Morning:

• Wellness Shot: Start your day with one of the wellness shots (Flu Kick,Sinus Buster, and Toxin Ninja). You can choose the order that suits your preference.
• Water: Begin your day by drinking a glass of water to hydrate your body.
• Juice 1: Enjoy your first juice of the day. This can be a substantial and nutrient-dense juice to provide you with energy for the Mid-Morning: 
• Water:Drink water to stay hydrated throughout the morning.

Lunch:

• Wellness Shot: Before your lunch juice take another wellness shot.
• Juice 2: Enjoy your SECOND juice of the day, which can be a replacement for your lunch.

Evening:

• Wellness Shot: Take your final wellness shot of the day before your evening juice.
• Water: Continue to drink water
• Rest and Reflect: Take some time to rest, reflect, and engage in light activities like walking or gentle yoga.

Dinner:

• Water: Continue to drink water in the evening.
• Juice 3: Have your last juice of the day, I suggest the sweetest one for cravings.

Before Bed:

• Water: Drink water before bedtime to stay hydrated throughout the night.

Daily Water Intake: Ensure you consume half of your body weight in ounces of water daily. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, aim for 75 ounces of water.

Listening to Your Body: Pay attention to your body's signals. If you feel extremely hungry or fatigued, it's okay to have extra juice or adjust your plan as needed. This fast should be a nourishing experience, not a stressful one.
