Regular Pick days are Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays and are indicated BEFORE & AFTER checkout( subject to change)

If the pick date reflects a past date, there is NO pickup for the week.

Order Placement Deadline: Orders must be placed 48 hours before your selected pickup time to be eligible for pickup.

Confirmation Email: After your purchase, kindly check your email for the pickup confirmation. This email will contain essential details about your pickup arrangement.

You will be sent a correspondence within 24 hours after your order is placed to discuss available pickup slots. It is your responsibility to check your email thoroughly and spam inbox. 
If you have not received an email with pickup slots, reach out via email or phone as listed on your invoice.

There will be 2 correspondence attempts sent to the email address used to place your order to claim your order. After 24 hours of the second correspondence and no response, your order will be forfeited and no longer be eligible for pickup or remake.

Arrival: On the day of pickup, please arrive at the designated location at the specified time mentioned in your confirmation email.  Lateness after 10 minutes may result in a rescheduled pickup day at the owners convenience.

Identification: Don't forget to bring your order confirmation for verification purposes.

Expect to Stay Updated You'll receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your order being shipped. From there, your eagerly awaited items should reach you within 1-5 business days following processing, barring any unforeseen carrier delays. Rest assured, we'll keep you in the loop should any hiccups arise.

During Sales, Patience Pays Off In moments of high demand and special sales events, please understand that extended shipping times of up to 7-10 business days may apply. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

For Perishable Products: Freshness First To preserve the impeccable quality of our perishable products, we ship them frozen. They'll make it to your doorstep in no later than 3 business days. To maintain their pristine condition, we highly recommend having your perishables delivered to a location equipped with refrigeration or freezing facilities. Warm temperatures can compromise freshness and taste.

Check with Care Should your items arrive slightly thawed, don't worry—they're still perfectly fine. However, always inspect the products carefully. If you detect any sour smells or visible damage, please reach out to us immediately.

Our Responsibility to You To ensure your satisfaction, we kindly ask that you avoid delivery to rental offices, front desks, or mailrooms, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage once in their care.

For product remakes, we adhere to standard processing times, and a nominal remake fee (not exceeding $15) may apply—unless the issue is attributed to the shipping carrier. Store credit is offered on a case-by-case basis to uphold your satisfaction.
