How Same day pickup works
Only for ELIGIBLE* items purchased BEFORE Noon EST
NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Days in which Same day is available and will VARY! Please keep that in mind if you won't be able to make it.

Visit the "Same day" tab for available items.
Add eligible items to the cart
Select the current weeks "Pickup" date.
Once in the checkout, fill out all personal info then in the Additional info" box specify if its Same day pickup or delivery
Check out & you're DONE!
Pickup time and delivery range will be disclosed on the "Same day" page 
You will be contacted to confirm via email or the telephone number given at checkout. If no confirmation  is received 2 hours before pickup window, your pickup window will be moved to the next day available

Scheduled Pick-Up
You will be sent a correspondence within 24-48 hours after your order is placed to discuss available pickup slots. It is your responsibility to check your email thoroughly and spam inbox. Failure to respond to the pickup inquiry email at least 24 hours before the pickup date will result in your pickup date moving to the next date.
If you have not received an email with pickup slots, reach out via email or phone as listed on your invoice.


Regular Pick up days are indicated BEFORE & AFTER checkout
Please Make sure you are aware of the date and times for PickUp
If you cannot make it please contact us so that we can make arrangements ASAP.
Typically there is wiggle room for arranging a new pickup time. However there are times when you may have to wait until the next pickup date or change the method in which you will receive your products( fees may apply).

If the pick date reflects a past date ,there is NO pickup for the week.
 
Lateness after 10 minutes may result in a rescheduled pickup day.

    General processing times are indicated at checkout as well.
* There may be an extended processing time up to 10 business days when there are active Sales.

SHIPPING

We SHIP to the entire US (excluding Hawaii)

All items are made FRESH and are delivered with either UPS or USPS.
A tracking number will be provided within 48 hours after shipment.

You can expect your items 1-5 business days after processing. unless there is a delay within the shipment carrier.
You will be notified.


* There may be an extended shipping times up to 7 business days during Sales 

Most Perishable products will be shipped frozen and will arrive no later than 3 business days.
It is recommended you get your perishable products delivered somewhere they can be refrigerated or frozen immediately until use.

Having the products sit in warm temperatures may result in spoilage or a difference in freshness/taste.
If items arrive slightly thawed they are still okay.

Still check the product thoroughly.
If the products smell sour or are damaged please contact us immediately!

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO RENTAL OFFICES, FRONT DESK, OR MAILROOMS. 
PRODUCT REMAKES WILL BE GRANTED WITH STANDARD PROCESSING TIMES AND CHARGED A REMAKE FEE (NOT TO EXCEED $15)
UNLESS WE ARE AT FAULT( SHIPPING CARRIER DAMAGE)!
STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN CASE BY CASE.
