When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Refund/Return Policy

There are NO REFUNDS JuicedUp takes pride in servicing customer questions and concerns so that you are aware of what you will be receiving before making a purchase. Although each order is carefully handled and thoroughly inspected customers are responsible for inspecting products for any damages/punctures. If you will be picking up your order you are responsible for responding to the pickup email inquiry to lock in a pick up time slot. You are also responsible for inspecting your order before you leave to certify there are no issues. Once you leave you have accepted full responsibility for damaged products. If products are missing please report immediately. Orders received through shipment have 24 hours to report any damages/punctures to products to juiced_up23@yahoo.com.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO RENTAL OFFICES, FRONT DESK, OR MAILROOMS.

IF YOU MISS YOUR PICK-UP TIME AND IT CONTAINS PERISHABLE ITEMS, THEY WILL BE REMADE WITH STANDARD PROCESSING TIMES AND CHARGED A REMAKE FEE (NOT TO EXCEED $15) ​UNLESS WE ARE AT FAULT (IE: LATE FOR PICKUP, SHIPPING CARRIER DAMAGE,ETC)

STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN CASE BY CASE.

Pickup Policy

You will be sent a correspondence within 24-48 hours after your order is placed to discuss available pickup slots. It is your responsibility to check your email thoroughly and spam inbox. Failure to respond to the pickup inquiry email at least 24 hours before the pickup date will result in your pickup date moving to the next date. If you have not received an email with pickup slots, reach out via email or phone as listed on your invoice.
