We meticulously handle and inspect each order; however, we do ask customers to share the responsibility of inspecting products for any damages or punctures.

In-Person Pickups: For those opting to pick up their orders, it is vital to respond to the pickup email inquiry, which allows you to secure a convenient pickup time slot. Please be diligent in inspecting your order before leaving to confirm its condition. Once you depart, the responsibility for any damaged products shifts to you. In the event of missing products, please report it promptly.

Shipped Orders: For orders received through shipment, we require notification of any damages or punctures within 24 hours. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage to products delivered to rental offices, front desks, or mailrooms.

Missed Pickup Times: In the event that a scheduled pickup time is missed and the order contains perishable items, a remake will be necessary, subject to standard processing times, and an associated remake fee (not exceeding $15) may apply. However, this excludes situations where we are at fault, such as late pickups or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Store Credit Policy: Store credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
